The dress was everything you expected. It is exactly what is displayed on the website. I am very dissatisfied with their shipping process. I selected 3 to 4 days for shipping but I didn't receive the product until about 2 and half weeks later. Customer service informed me that the date I was expecting to receive my package was right according to their policies. Well it wasn't placed in the shipping information for you to see it. I didn't know I had to review policies to see when they will really ship my package. It suppose to be right there in the shipping information for a consumer to see.Quality
