Ordered for my 20-month-old. These hats do stretch a lot and she can wear it, but it's not as big as I had hoped to grow with her. I think it's more for a baby. It's a beautiful color of pink, and the flower is a lighter pink and fastened well to the hat. I wish for my daughters head it were not so much oblong, but wider width.Quality
