It features a large, rainbow sequin, flower embroidered on the left side and outlined with black stitch. The back has 3 tiers of ruffles and a racer style back. Fabric and Care: 95% Rayon, 5% spandex. Hand wash in cold water, separately inside out, non-chlorine bleach when needed, line dry, warm iron as needed, do not iron decoration.
