Perfect little girl style

I purchased first communion dress for my three youngest granddaughters. Selected a style that would look great for all three. After measuring for size 2 ordered sizes to ensure best fit. Dresses came quickly. Return was easy and friendly. Fast forward 2 yrs time for first communion. This 8yr old has grown substantially. Dress still looking brand new (FYI washed on delicate cold, light iron before storage) we could hardly get the zipper up. Oh no! Since the style was still available I ordered next two sizes (her measurements fell inbetween)in between. Dresses arrived one still tight around the armholes and chest area, bugger one to big as well as to long. No option but return both. Sadly we were not able to find another style that she liked at Sophia's but the return was again done quickly and easily. Truly appreciated. I would recommend Sophia's for certain as your 1st choice for style and service.

Here is our current return policy effective January 15, 2024:

Return Timeline: 

  • Initiation: Start your return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Back: Return items within 7 days of return approval.

How to Return:

  2. Await approval and instructions from our customer service team.
  3. Items MUST be sent back within 7 days of approval.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers bear the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • Include your order number and full name in the return package.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes should be in original, undamaged boxes.
  • Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way.  Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Halloween costumes, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, accessories.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Special Occasion Items: Including First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be exchanged for a store credit equal to the original purchase price minus $10 in shipping & processing costs if all Return Conditions are met. 

Refund Process: Expect refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
