Steps to return an item for a refund:

Complete the return form found on your invoice and enclose it with your return item:

•  Please provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
•  Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
•  For your convenience we have a printable return shipping label.
•  We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, and return to:

Please note:

• Shipping charges are not reimbursed (excepting where it is our error).
• When using our optional return label you will be charged $5.85 return shipping for the first item and $2.25 for each additional item.
• We do not offer exchanges. We only offer returns.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or embroidered.
• We will not accept returns on international items if applicable duties/ taxes have not been paid.
• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
• If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
