Amazing Customer Service! Gorgeous Dress!

Hi,

I don’t normally leave reviews but after the phenomenal customer service that I received (as well as the raving reviews of my Goddaughter’s baptism dress), I knew I had to say something.

I placed my order the week before Memorial Day Weekend, totally last minute on my part, because I didn’t take into consideration that it was a holiday weekend and shipping would be slower. I reached out to Customer Service that Friday, and they made sure to get in touch with the warehouse to have it shipped out that SAME exact day, so that it wouldn’t interfere with the holiday. I wasn’t expecting the chat app to be so helpful, but it is a real person that you’re talking to, and an incredibly helpful one at that.

The dress arrived in stellar condition, true to size, and everyone raved about it at the Baptism! I must’ve recommended this website to over 7 people over the course of the day.

If you’re hesitant about making the purchase, definitely go for it! Great quality, excellent customer service, and overall a very pleasant purchase.

Here is our current return policy effective January 15, 2024:

Return Timeline: 

  • Initiation: Start your return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Back: Return items within 7 days of return approval.

How to Return:

  2. Await approval and instructions from our customer service team.
  3. Items MUST be sent back within 7 days of approval.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers bear the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • Include your order number and full name in the return package.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes should be in original, undamaged boxes.
  • Please note: We will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged or not included. Do not write on the box or modify the box in any way.  Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Halloween costumes, hair accessories, women's clothing, undergarments, swimsuits, accessories.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Special Occasion Items: Including First Communion, Flower Girl, Christmas, Easter, Wedding, Pageant, Baptism, Baptismal, Christening, Quinceañera and boys suits are considered to be Special Occasion Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be exchanged for a store credit equal to the original purchase price minus $10 in shipping & processing costs if all Return Conditions are met. 

Refund Process: Expect refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
